Teams
All teams and players must be GYSA affiliated for the ‘05-’06 seasonal year. Verified ‘05-’06 team rosters and laminated player cards, signed, with pictures, are required to participate. No guest players allowed.

Fees and Deadlines
Send in a completed entry form with the entry fee by March 24, 2006. Checks should be made payable to GYSA President’s Cup. Credit cards are accepted. Once your entry is received, the entry fee is non-refundable.

General Information
All games will be held in the Atlanta area. A mandatory coaches meeting and check-in will be held Wednesday, April 26, 2006 for all participating teams. Each team must be represented. All teams will be required to provide one field marshal when they are the scheduled home team. All tournament information will be posted on the GYSA website.
