5/5/06 Congratulations to our President's Cup Champions and Finalists. It was a beautiful day and there was some great soccer played at Cowan Park in Griffin. Thanks to Gerry Cunningham and all the volunteers at the venue, the President's Cup Committee and all the parents and fans who supported their teams. Good luck to those teams advancing to the Regional Directors Cup!

5/5/06 Get ready for some great games tomorrow and Good luck to all the finalists.
We are expecting to get all the games played. Information will be provided at the fields regarding any weather delays. We will only post if the venue closes - which we do not expect.

5/2/06 We will post links to the photographers at President's Cup as soon as the sites are opened by the photographers. We expect this to be on Friday.

4/30/06 Congratulations to all teams and thanks for playing in the President's Cup. There were many competitive matches today and many of the semi-finals went down to the wire. Good luck to all of the teams that are advancing. We look forward to seeing some great Championship games next week at Cowan Park.

4/28/06 The games begin tomorrow and everyone on the Tournament Committee and at the venues are excited and ready to go. We expect the weather to cooperate for Saturday but it looks as though there might be rain on Sunday. As we discussed at the check-in meeting, this is a rain or shine tournament and unless the fields become unplayable or there are unsafe conditions, the games will be played. Please be prepared for rain and possible delays. We will do our best to keep you informed at the fields if there are delays.
Publix, one of our GSSA sponsors has sent beach balls for each player in the tournament. Please send your team manager to the t-shirt stand to pick up your beach balls.
Have a great time and we'll see you on the fields.

3/30/06 Teams needed:
u13 boys, u11 girls, u13 girls, u14 girls and u15 girls. Please fill out an on-line application if you would like to fill a slot.
Acceptance letters were mailed Friday, March 31. See you in  a few weeks!

3/26/06 We have an uneven number of teams in many of our President's Cup Divisions. Rather than eliminate teams we are looking for one team in the following age groups:
u10 boys, u13 boys
u10 girls, u11 girls, u12 girls, u13 girls,14 girls, 15 girls

Please fill out an on-line application if your team would like to apply. The groups are looking good and we are anticipating some great competition at the tournament.

3/17/06 Groups will be assigned to venues once registration is closed. If you have entered on-line and are paying by check, please remember to send in your payment. Many of the tournament forms are now posted under the forms tab. See you all in late April!
