Weather Policy

Updated April 26, 2006

IN CASE OF THUNDERSTORMS OR HEAVY RAIN

·        All games will stop immediately.

·        One blast of the air horn means ‘Clear the Fields’.

·        Everyone must leave the fields and take shelter.

·        One representative from your team should check at the volunteer tent after the bad weather stops.

·        If delay will be more than 30 minutes the venue weather line will be updated.

·        The venue manager will tell the team representative when the games will resume.

·        Two blasts of the air horn means ‘Return to the Fields’.

·        Game times might be shortened. The venue manager or field marshal will advise you if this will be necessary.

We will try our best to get the games played. Please be flexible.
